1. Scope & provider

These terms describe the use of Pocket Paths and its website. The provider is:

Mandatory consumer rights and the applicable store terms remain unaffected. These terms do not replace the terms presented by Google Play or Apple for a store transaction.

2. Current internal test

Android version 0.5.2 is an internal test for invited players. It uses Google demo ads and simulated purchases: no real-money purchase is initiated by this version. Simulated test entitlements are not paid store purchases and cannot be restored as such.

Test versions may contain errors and can change. Please report issues to our contact address. This website does not promise a launch date, public store availability or compatibility with every device.

3. Playing Pocket Paths

You may install an authorized copy on a supported device and use it for personal gameplay. No separate Pocket Paths account is required. The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. Where required by law, minors need their parent’s or guardian’s authorization.

The campaign and daily puzzles are designed to be playable without buying anything. Normal puzzle play works offline; advertising, genuine store purchases, restoration and opening web links require a connection. Hints are optional help, not a requirement to solve a level.

4. Optional ads & purchases

When genuine purchases become available, the planned products are a permanent Remove Ads entitlement and consumable packs of 10 or 35 hints. The binding local price and purchase details are displayed by the store before confirmation. There are no subscriptions or purchases on this website.

Remove Ads suppresses forced interstitials; optional rewarded ads can remain available. A rewarded ad grants the described reward only after the ad service confirms completion. Ads and rewards may be unavailable when offline or when no ad is available.

Statutory withdrawal, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected. Contact the relevant store or us about a genuine purchase problem. No blanket exclusion of refunds or statutory rights is intended.

5. Saves & restoration

Progress, preferences and hints are saved locally. There is no mySnacky cloud save and drawn routes are not saved across level restarts. Deleting local data can remove progress and unspent consumable hints.

A genuine non-consumable Remove Ads purchase can be restored through its original store and account. Consumable hints are not restored by the app. Operating-system backup behavior depends on your device settings.

6. Fair use & your rights

Do not misuse store purchases, forged receipts or advertising systems, or infringe other people’s rights. Legal permissions to use, examine or modify software remain unaffected. Website text and game assets are subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

Our liability follows applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory liability, consumer protections or your right to bring a claim before a competent court. Material changes to services or terms will be communicated as required; continued play is not automatically treated as agreement to arbitrary new terms.
